Board Members and Governance StructureBoard OrganizationOur board is composed of volunteers. All members are residents of Boston City and surrounding areas. The composition of the board includes the NAF Boston board members, as well as members of the Cultural Exchange and the Business Exchange. Both Exchanges have their respective committees which develop and execute programs.
Board members meet monthly to plan new events and manage the affairs of the club. An annual meeting takes place in September at which time members have an opportunity to vote for new board members.
